3 Months Old Tomorrow!

Sadie has discovered her toys today. It's really fun to watch her development skyrocket.

wow! 3 months! one of my fav things is seeing all of the clothes monrovia used to wear when she was itty bitty on YOUR itty bitty! (mostly cause i've forgotten what they looked like til i see them again. ie the elephant onesie)

Welcome to Armchair Abecedarian!

Ok, so I know my blog title is a little odd, but it has a lot to say about who I am (not just that I am odd! ha!). An abecedarian (A-B-C darian), is a person who is learning the alphabet or the rudiments of any subject. Who woulda thought? That is exactly me! I am Reading Specialist at a charter school in Oakland, CA...and am always learning how to be a better teacher of reading to my students. Also, I have a toddler (now running) around the house, and every day I feel like there is something unexpected I'm learning about parenting a little one. So here you have it- this is a space for me to be on the sidelines giving my 2 cents (or 2 sense?) about this very ordinary life I lead.
